Why the new fragrance?

In a day and age where companies are touting 'Fragrance Free', would one reformulate their product and add a strong, off-putting fragrance? I loved the previous version. I realize that it had fragrance, but it was subtle and didn't send my allergies into a fury. Shame on me for not realizing this had changed when I purchased this.

The search is over

I believe this was my third time re-ordering the Verb hydrate shampoo and conditioner. I am notorious for changing brands after every empty bottle but this product is the one. I live in extremely dry climate at high elevation with cold winters. This hydrate line is not too heavy for my lower density, wavy hair. I can safely say my hair is manageable, smooth and hydrated. Love love love.
