Non authentic item

I purchased a pair of high-priced sunglasses advertised as original on Macy’s website. Within just two weeks of normal use, the gold coating on the frame began wearing off significantly. This is unacceptable for an item sold at a premium price and raises serious concerns about both the authenticity and quality of the product. If the sunglasses are truly genuine, as advertised, they should be far more durable or covered under a proper manufacturer’s warranty. Unfortunately, Macy’s has shown no willingness to resolve this issue or stand behind their customers. This experience leads me to question whether Macy’s is selling non-authentic items under the appearance of being genuine. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this product on Macy’s.
