It is so special. It

It is so special. It is for my daughter who is completing her service for 12 ! Waiting on the cake stand which I know will be spectacular . It actually may have arrived as I saw it was shipping last week . Thanks for amazing product line for the most special of occasions. Come do a photo shoot for a dinner party for 12.

Customer Service rates A+, Quality Control, an F

Platter arrived in a timely fashion, well-packaged, but wobbled terribly. Customer Service was quick to replace, but after receiving three platters all with the same issue, I'm done and requested a refund. So disappointing, as I purchased this exact same item about a year ago and it was perfect. Something changed in the interim.
