Leaks oil

This olive oil decanter is really beautiful, however after one week with Olive Oil in it, the decanter leaked olive oil so badly that it totally ruined a piece of marble. I just got new quartz countertops….luckily I placed it on a raised piece of marble which was totally ruined and not my countertop. I tried to return it to Macys, but because it was purchased online thru a 3rd party vendor Macys could not provide a return. It’s unfortunate as the decanter is beautiful, but the glazing must not have gone through the entire piece. As long as there is a plate or small tray underneath, it is usable.

Purchased Twice

Both came damaged (chipped and cracked), so very disappointing. Vietri client service was excellent, however I ended up without the product in the end.
