What a mess...

I ordered the smaller platter earlier, and it arrived fine. The larger one was not fine. The large box had a big bulge on top, which immediately told me the package was over insulated. As I opened the box and carefully began unravelling all of the packing, I heard clinking and small fragments of (very small, sharp) glass bits falling out everywhere. It took me 30 mins to clean it all up. Not great packing, Macy's. I am a long-time customer, and expect a refund for this - and I'm not packing up a hundred pieces of glass and shipping it back. Attached is a picture with only the large pieces that remained.
