When you look the brand name is is very high , but the quality of the glass is very LOW , Not happy when I see the product , but used I because need it at that time .

the charger plate breaks for no reason

Hi, I admired the look and I bought it for my house. I placed it on my dinner table. Nothing on it. 2 days later, I notice 3 of them cracked without being used. I took it back and got replacement, Did not remove them from the box for a week. Then I notice 3 more were broken. I replaced them. I was afraid to place them in cabinet and put any pressure on them so again, I placed them on my dinner table with nothing on them. This morning I notice another one is cracked. I like to talk to their company as they may need to fix the issue.

Good Purchase

Plates are nice and heavy. I nice spring green that will go well with my dishes as chargers. I called Villeroy and Boch before I orderd and they said the glass cuts were on top of the plate making it difficult to eat off if using as buffet plates, but that is not the case. The cut glass is on the underneath side and perfect as buffet plates. Bloomingdales had the best price and I'm glad I ordered them.
