Inexplicably Poor Customer Service

Ordered multiple pieces from Macy's and another company (later discovered they were sister companies) to put together the set i wanted. Both orders arrived on the same day. Everything seemed well wrapped but the two denim soup plates were broken and two standardplates fromthe sistercompanywerebroken. I called macys the next day and was told two new plates would be shipped. Hours later, received an email saying i was returning them and print a shipping label. Called again, told no need to return, and they'd ship new plates pending approval. I offered to send pictures but was told it wasnt necessary. Woke the next day to an email saying after careful consideration, i would neither get replacements nor be refunded. What? I emailed the designated email, explained the situation, and asked why i wasn't being sent new plates. The next day, i received the exact email saying no refund, no replacement. I took screenshots of emails, documented call dates, times, durations, and disputed my credit charges. Plates are a 5. Macy's customer service is 0. They lost a customer for good.

Crafted Pasta Bowl

I like the design and size. ( Crafted Individual pasta bowl blueberry color) I am using this as serving dish for Asian food. It is big enough for sharing food. ( bulgogi, Jeon….) Well blended my Korean pottery bowls and dishes. But this line is “Like. by Villeloy and Bosh” . These line is not made in Germany and not premium grade.
