Lovely platter

This platter is really beautiful, but a little smaller than I expected. It’s definitely not big enough to serve a roast chicken with vegetables; but would do for a small chicken alone. To me it looks more like an oval dinner plate. I’m sure I will find uses for it. I would recommend it, as long as a bigger size is not needed.

Surpasses Expectations

Not only are the bowls exquisite to behold, but they hold large portions, and because they are porcelain, the handles do not get hot when placed in the microwave. They are dishwasher safe and present well by themselves or on a dinner plate during service. I bought 8 and will buy a few more to use when I have dinner parties.
