Refund request

The item has never arrived and never received. Please refund the cost. No star review can be provided since the shipment is ghosted. Since the the website doesn't allow the submission with "no star", one star is chosen which equals to zero star for meeting the submission procedure requirement. Thanks.

Tiny little cup and saucer

I love this Villeroy & Boch pattern and thought adding to my set would be a good idea. I already have the breakfast cups and saucers. These teacups were online for a great price and I thought they would be good to add to the dinner set I have. I was shocked when I opened the box and could see how tiny these cups actually are. They are child sized and would be absolutely useless to use to serve coffee or tea to an adult. Very disappointed in the size. I wish they would make a larger more standard size teacup.

So so nice - just LOVE them

I bought 16 piece set for my mom and she loves them. They are light and give you a very nice feeling when you hold them. I wish I bought them a long time ago.
