Great customer service

I decided to order new dishes and I love this pattern. The salesperson at Bloomingdale’s made it happen. Because of the number of boxes that arrived, I realized that the pieces came from all over the country. I was very impressed with the notifications that came letting me know which pieces had been sent and when.

This kettle was NOT made in Germany!!!!!

This kettle supposed be manufactured in Germany, that is why I paid that amount of money! It says it was made in Taiwan!!!! Go figure. The engrave at the bottom of the kettle was Porcelain!!

So so nice - just LOVE them

I bought 16 piece set for my mom and she loves them. They are light and give you a very nice feeling when you hold them. I wish I bought them a long time ago.
