Delivery process terrible

The product should be fine; however, when I ordered the napkin rings - always a delivery delay taking weeks to arrive. Now same with napkins. Gets to VA and then always “sortation delay”. Napkins ordered July11 and still on the way.

Funny Smell

The linen napkins had a funny smell when I opened the package they came in but after I washed them in cold water on delicate the smell was gone. They do need to be ironed.

Like linen pants

Like linen pants. I like these but I was expecting a thick hardy napkin. These are well made but are more of a thin, “summer linen pants on the beach” type of material. Very opaque. I got them in white.

Shouldn't have tags

The tags are disappointing. 1 white one only mostly tears away, leaving jagged white pieces. The other dark thick tag is there to interfere with the function of the napkin.
