Beautiful plate! The black one looks and feels great. However, the packaging person did an awful job, the person place nothing between the plates which left the plates with white scratch marks.

The quality of this plate is amazing. Beautiful and show cases the food very nicely. I have done a salad with watercress, heirloom tomatoes, mango-pomegranate dressing, burrata cheese and watermelon radishes. The colors were amazing, beautiful and the guests when served were in awww. I love this plate. Dinner as served also in the same plate and it was a Coho salmon seared skin on finished with butter and fresh thyme,smoked fennel pesto, served on butter poached lobster risotto and roasted carrots, served over orange beurre blanc sauce.
