[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ate at an Italian restaurant recently and my pasta was served on a plate that also had a bowl in it. And that did it for me! I was on a hunt to find a similar plate/bowl online, and I stumbled on this brand. Not sure about the durability as I have not (and don't intend to) drop the plate. I've been using the plates now daily, yes, daily... on almost anything I eat. I've had it with pasta and even rice with teriyaki chicken. Other pluses: when I handwash them, they don't slip as easily because of the ridges; when I heat in the microwave, only the middle part gets hot so I can handle/hold onto the sides and it's cool; and lastly, my spilled food still has an extra space to land on the sides. This plate is amazing and so fun to eat on! Even my teenage son says so.
