Not as expected

We purchased this dinnerware online in 2021. While described as "white", the actual color is more of a biscuit, or creamy off-white. This difference becomes quite noticeable when the pieces are used alongside other white porcelain items, as the biscuit color appears significantly more beige in comparison. Furthermore, since the dinnerware is used daily, scratches have developed on the plates from knife use.

black scratches

I like the new moon collection but when I got the plate, I found the bottom edge of the plate has quite evident black scratches.
