It is very big dish. Im surprised at first but it is pretty.
I love these bowls! They hold plenty of pasta without worries of sauce overflowing the bowl. The notched out area for your fork is wonderful, it doesn't fall in. They are beautiful on the table, I feel like I am eating at a fancy restaurant.

The size and the modern form. It is more fun to eat spaghetti out of a pasta plate instead of a soup plate. The size is quite large and we have to be careful not to put too much onto the plate.
