I haven't received these items

I haven't received these items and the shipping label was created in July 7, 2025, yet UPS said they haven't receive the items either. It's been too long and I no longer need them. I would like to cancel the Villeroy & Boch Vapiano Soup Bowls Set of 2, Qty: 3. Please help me to cancel them, thank you for your kind help!
