Wrong item received

They sent me a totally wrong pants: a different brand, color, style, very disappointed with a customer service! And now it says it was a final sale, no return, it wasn’t when I placed an order.

velvety soft

Love the plum color and it's really soft. Purchased hoodie first and loved so much got bottoms. Runs a little long but workable. Fit is good with just enough room. I am 5'4" 230. more money than I wanted to pay, even on clearance but I will keep cause I really like. hoping it holds up well as I haven't purchased much of this maker yet.

I love the color; the fabric was a little lightweight for my taste - I thought the material would be a bit heavier. Fit well, purchased a size Medium for my size 10 regular pant size. Large was too big....
