Shaft size is off!

I've always had great luck with VC for black boots. These are just odd. Shaft is narrow, I'm 5'6" weigh 120lbs and am a size 0. Boots are never tight on my calves but these are. Additionally, the shaft is LONG! I had them pulled up to about an inch under my knees, but my foot couldn't reach the sole. I always buy "Tall/Long" pants, so I don't have stubby legs. I guess these are made for someone tall and extremely thin.
