Stylish and comfortable

Very pleased with this shoe. They are quite comfortable for something other than a sneaker. Although I do not think I could wear them 8+ hours.

Narrow heel

The heel on the back of my foot was way too narrow. I had to stretch the back of the shoe to fit my foot. Once I heated the shoe to form to my foot, the shoe was fine.

Subpar Leather

I have a few pairs of the Klara Ballet Flat in different colors because the arch support really works for me and they are available in Wide. However, the leather on the black pair that I bought is of such poor quality that they easily gets scratched or just totally scrapes off. For the price, I expect the leather to last a little bit longer.

Run big

I wear a size 11 and these shoes didn’t fit properly. They were actually bigger than my size. Everything else about the shoe is great it is just the sizing.

Inner fabric disintegrating

I have five pairs of these ballerina Flats three out of the five the inner heel fabric is disintegrating. First the fabric starts the pill then it falls apart. According to the company I need to send them all back for review. I use these shoes for work because I have plantar fasciitis, it's ridiculous that I have to send them back and it'll take 4 to 6 weeks for them to get back to me.
