Beautiful and elegant, but run too big

I bought these boots two weeks ago. I was thrilled about starting using them. When I received them 5 days ago, I realised they run too big, my foot slides forward even with two extra insoles. I thoroughly did the measurements and ordered the size according to the Vionic size chart. They look great, but I can’t wear them. I have to return them and order a smaller size.
