Glasses broken at delivery

Glasses received in pieces- totally shattered so returning. Noticed Fragile was not written on the shipping box so failure by Macys, not UPS delivery. Plates ordered same time are already headed to me - hope they are not broken as well.

Beautiful glasses but were damaged when arrived Difficult return process
