AWFUL

these are the most uncomfortable underwear i've ever worn with a HORRIBLY tight and skinny elastic band that cuts into the belly. i am a HUGE FAN of the older 'one size' all cotton panties as so many of us were. why in the world would you discontinue a CUSTOMER FAVORITE???? this is a severely inadequate replacement. and why are they non-refundable? now i'm stuck with 5 pair and will never wear them. longtime loyal customer for over a decade: lost. the search continues.

Poor Quality

I’ve ordered several pairs of Bal cotton underwear. They either come with small holes or end up with small holes after one wash. I love the fit but the quality is horrible! Very disappointed! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
