Favorite bra

I’m so glad Warners continues to make the Cloud 9 bra. It’s perfect and the only style I’ve bought for many, many years. Just the right amount of lining and so comfortable.

Find another store to shop

Will not do business with Macy’s again. Online shopping is absolutely horrible. There’s no one to talk to if you need help. Had a 20% birthday gift. They would not use it because there was no code. There was no code on the gift. I never approved the purchase and their software put it through anyway. I ordered one bra and they sent two and charged for two. As soon as the bill is taken care of, I am canceling my credit card with them. I am also returning everything. You have an option to speak to a viral assistant. She was absolutely useless, repeated the same thing over and over. Told me that time has run out when she’s the one that put me on hold. I wanted to cancel the order because it was incorrect. Macy’s store has gone downhill big time. If you search for a phone number to contact an individual, there is none. My conclusion is Macy’s is cheap and doesn’t want to hire employees. There are other stores I can shop and I will.

My new favorite bra

Absolutely love this bra. It's thick enough to hide post-nursing nipples and overall very comfortable and reasonably priced - especially when on sale. I now have 3!

Very comfortable

I really like these bras; they are incredibly comfortable. I don't feel them at all. I used to wear wired bras, which were sometimes quite annoying. Now, I can really notice the difference, and I highly recommend this brand.

Warner’s cloud wrong label on the wrong cup

Color is cool but the size of the cup is smaller than the actual size eg: 38C fitted like a 36B
