Raw seam on inside crotch area

I was astonished when I realized that there’s a raw seam on the inside area of the double panel crotch area. I’ve never seen this before in my life. This is very uncomfortable. I can’t wear these.

Clothing arrived with perfume card in bag

Beware if you are allergic to perfumes or have chemical sensitivities. I ordered some clothing and had it shipped to my house. They included an unsealed perfume card in the package. Everything I ordered smelled like this perfume. I pulled the papers out of the bag and this perfume soaked card was strong enough to give me an asthma attack and make my mouth burn. Macy's customer service also said they couldn't do anything to prevent a future order from having a chemical surprise it it.
