Macys store pick up messed up.

It was Macys store pick up order but It never delivered to store . Order status was “not ready for pick” for 1 month. So I claim to resolve this issue but nobody take care of it and not resolved issue.

Beautiful

In person it’s even better than in picture. Good quality. Lightweight. 8.4 oz not 10 like described in Macy’s web site. Gold accent makes it look very rich. Love it!
