Missing items

I'm a frequent macys shopper, I usually enjoy purchasing products from you, but now I'm very leary abt doing it again. I was suppose to receive my order by Sept 2, but I find myself here on Sept 5 with no perfume and no updates. I paid for said item, but have not received said item as of yet. Please find out what's going on, I will appreciate it.
