I order a black Nine West Book size 9 and Macy sends me a 8 1/2. I have an event I needed to wear them too. Unexceptional!!

Calf Circumference

Calf Circumference is too wide for a thin leg. I wish they make 12" around. pretty good price on the quality.

Horrible

Ordered 2 pr of boots, stating 3-5 business days for delivery. Delivered 1pr today, Macy's cancelled other pr without notifying me. Contacted them and was told they're out of stock, claim they issued refund on 12th, today is 17th and no record of refund on my acct, they claim my financial institution is the problem, THEY DIDNT ISSUE MY REFUND!!
