Electric Pour Over
electric pour over. Needs a wrap (cork or plastic) around neck. It’s beautiful and a protective neck cover would help w heat and provide stability when pouring from the carafe. It’s simple, clean lines. it takes up little space being narrow. I like it- not sure why it doesn’t brew a good cup of coffee. Adjust cups brewed by how much water you fill.

Disappointed Papa
I am not a coffee drinker. I purchased this coffee maker to give to my husband as a Christmas present. I was going to wait until December 25 to give it to him; when it arrived, I changed my mind. Glad I did. He was so disappointed. The coffee making process is slow, the plate does not keep the coffee hot and there is no lid to keep the coffee covered!!! THREE STRIKES and it’s OUT the door to be returned. P.S. The coffee brewed — he made six attempts — was bitter. Using a many-years-old no-name coffee maker, at the same time as the last brew of this Willow coffee maker were much, much better.
Great coffee maker
I absolutely love this coffee maker — the flavor it brews is outstanding, and there’s no need for filters! Try it with Danger Coffee — it makes an incredible cup!

Fantastic coffee maker
I recently purchased my pour over coffee maker. I use distilled water versus tap water because my tap water has a lot of minerals in it, which will shorten the life span of the coffee maker. I love the design, it’s very attractive. I can make as much or as little as I want. I haven’t used the cold brew function as of yet. But the hot coffee function works quite well. No regrets. I feel it’s better than Keurig.

Durability
This product performs well overall, and I would have rated it five stars. However, the on/off switch stopped functioning within 9 months of purchase, and unfortunately, the return policy has already expired. Very disappointing given the otherwise good performance.

Unique design - wish it stayed warmer
I absolutely love the unique design of this coffee pot! I give it 4 stars because the hot plate does not keep the coffee in the carafe warm for long. Anything over roughly 30 minutes needs to be reheated unfortunately.
