The Willow Eco Series coffeemaker with bloom technology is a pleasant surprise. It’s a basic machine that serves up a very good cup of coffee (I was surprised I liked it so well). I had been looking at another expensive brand with the bloom technology (manual and automatic versions), but the automatic version was way higher in price than I wanted to spend; the manual version was nearly priced the same as the Willow— but with the Willow version, you don’t have to (carefully and slowly!) pour the water into the coffee grounds. I also like that the machine itself doesn’t take up too much space on the counter. My only complaint is that the box that it came in seemed like it had been opened before, the cord was unraveled and there was (what seemed like) sticker residue on the inside of the glass decanter. I just made sure to clean it with hot, soapy water and all was well. I took a chance and kept it, and I’m glad I did. It’s a good machine.

Coffee maker
I like the coffee maker except the warmer does absolutely nothing to keep coffee hot. I can put my hand down directly on it and it just feels warm to the touch. Even the first cup right after brewing is not hot enough :(. I have to microwave every cup.

Outstanding Company
Update: I have received a replacement for my coffee maker. I love this pour-over maker- the look, the ease of use, the efficiency of the coffee making process and the delicious end result. I don’t know how this product works, the packaging was so poor that both orders had broken carafes. There are no Willow coffee makers that I can pick up locally and I refuse to order another one.

AWESOME COFFEE MAKER
This glass, toxic-free pour over is legit. Coffee tastes clean, smooth, and exactly how it should—no weird aftertaste and Super easy to use plus looks good sitting out on my countertop. I’ve been into Willow ever since I learned what they’re about. Non-toxic, well-made, and actually thoughtful products. This one’s staying in my daily rotation.

Artistic piece
I bought it mainly for the sleek looking design. Because of the newness I’m not getting the original taste of my coffee . Only time will tell. Wish though the whole water canister was removable to wash and clean after use . The glass pot is very elegant. The metal fitter should have been bigger as I made coffee for 8 cups and I had to switch off so it wouldn’t overflow . Sadly Means I cannot make 10 cups at all . Though it’s a 10 cup maker.
