Arrived broken

I had high hopes for this machine. The body seems solid and sleek but the glass carafe arrived cracked where it attaches to the handle. I’m thankful for the kind customer service that offered free replacement but I am unsure how long the replacement will last, or if it will arrive in the same condition.

Good Machine, One Big Flaw

Willow eco series coffee pot

I love the coffee maker ,makes great coffee an I love it different from others BUT very hard to clean should've been wider in the middle I'm using it for now But nit practically for everyday use with family that loves coffee ,wish they had a better coffee cantor for it ..I'm sure this will be discontinued for many reasons

Coffee maker

This coffee is hot only when you brew it but once it's brewed , and you have your coffee on and you want to warm it back up it will not warm it back up the plate will not warm back up not happy about this coffee maker

Hi Nataly, sorry this hasn't worked the way you hoped. The warming plate holds coffee hot for up to 120 minutes after brewing, then shuts off for safety, so it keeps coffee warm rather than reheats it.
