Thanks for your feedback! The kettle should beep to indicate when it has reached the selected temperature, so it’s possible the sound setting may have been turned off. We recommend checking the sound setting in the controls to make sure it’s enabled.

Adam was sent to me used repackaged not even perfectly. The pot is used. The plug-in has been used. It’s horrible.

Perfect for tea
The digital temperature control is a nice feature and the goose-neck spout gives me complete control over my pour so no more messes. The look is modern and timeless. Doesn’t take long to reach my fav temp so no more long waits for my morning coffee and afternoon tea.

Nice for Pour Over
As a college student, this gooseneck kettle has been great for making pour over coffee in my dorm. The spout gives good control, and it heats up pretty quickly. It’s simple to use and doesn’t take up much space.

Planned obsolescence
I have had this kettle just over one year. It has a high pitch whirl when plugged in. For this reason I plug it in, and unplug it for daily use, as the high pitch whirling bothers my ears. Now that I have had the kettle just over a year. It fails to turn on when I plug it in, but then beeps itself back to on with delay. And sometimes I leave it plugged in on days I forget to unplug, and I’ll find it not working, but sometimes it’ll beep itself back to life randomly. I’m honestly concerned about its inner wiring. I’m looking for a new kettle now.
