Macy’s is wanting me to review something I never g

I ordered the gooseneck kettle on December 6 and now Macy’s wants me to write a review on it but it’s still not here. Why would they send me an email asking me to write a review when it has not been delivered? Macy’s has got to do a little better with the time it takes to get something that’s been ordered.

Looks good

Very slick looking tea kettle. Love all the setting. The only disappointment is that kettle isn’t white but off a cream color. Doesn’t much to rest of my white appliances.

Great little kettle

This kettle is amazing! Beware the description says 1L but manual says the max capacity is 0.8L. If it came in a larger size would be perfect, BUT for everyday use it's just fine. I love the controlled temp settings.

Great electric kettle

This is a great electric kettle. The design is sleek and pretty and the function is everything I need for all kinds of teas and coffees. My daughter bought a similar kettle that cost three times as much, but this one is just as nice.
