Broken

Ordered this as a gift and it arrived at the recipient broken. Very embarrassing and quite a hassle to return and reorder a replacement. I expect better from Macy’s.

Quality control

Cute little Santa, however the on off switch was glued in place with so much glue that it would not function. Had to return it. Probably this one did not catch the eye of the QC person.
