Cookie Jar Disappointment

Late/ Damaged Order (12 days) for Polar Bear cookie jar (no damage to exterior or interior box), but 2 cracks from top to below polar bears face, with one chip in middle. This was damaged when packed. Note on order said short ship and no Gingerbread cookie jar. Requested immediate credit to card, as these were XMas gifts. So disappointed with Macy's and quality control!

Broken!

The canister was badly packaged. The product was open and the top lid was scattered. This js a very. Ute and small cookie jar but I’m disappointed that it’s broken.
