Tried, But no 👎 Luck!!!

This item was purchased a while ago. I received today. I wrote in my previous post that I did not see the PLUS size. I ordered LARGE instead of MEDIUM! I sent the post within minutes, yet it was ignored. I took the top out low, and behold WAY TOO BIG for me! I was hoping the distributor would read the post, (the order had not been received yet!) So, I just opened and guess what TOO BIG FOR ME. I love it though. The color is perfect. I want the item, however 1.5 of me can fit it. As I said, wish the distributor had paid attention to this customer and exchanged the item before shipping. Now, I have to inconveniently exchange. I am senior citizen, who is disabled without transportation I will have to wait for someone to come over to drop off at the post office which is not conveniently close by. Thank you.

Tried but no use

After ordering this beauty about 15 minutes after, I sent email asking to please exchange from a large to a medium. As soon as as I realized it, 15 minutes after, I was ordering a large in a plus size I realized it was going to be too large for me. Sadly, the email was ignored.
