Cheap and hassle to return

These are worth nowhere near the retail price. I purchased with a promo but somehow missed they were shipped directly from the seller which I hate about Macy's lately. I have to scour the details of everything I am purchasing to make sure that it's sold by Macy's directly or else I suffer the consequences. For some reason, it's not even easily to see that fact at the time of purchase especially for certain items. Do better Macy's. These boots look cheap- the fake leather, the sole is thin rubber and the zipper feels flimsy. Disappointed.

sad I got a damaged pair

I love the fit and style of these. The box I received was clearly packed knowing the boots should’ve been inspected for damage. Sure enough one toe was scuffed so I had to return them. There was no damage caused during shipping because the other shipping container was in tact. Very disappointing especially when they are sooo cute!

Cute boot mad I had to return

The boot is very cute. Above the knee and an overall nice fit but I had to return as the pair I got was damaged. I will order again and hopefully be sent a non defective pair.
