Great look, great quality, great bra

Comfortable, just a bit sexy bra that goes great under a blouse or looser T. I find the support is just right, as a B cup wearer. The quality is great, and with proper care, they'll take care of you and the girls for a long time.

Spoiled by Perfume Sample

Natori Feathers bras are the best fitting, most comfortable bras I've ever worn. However... My most recent Natori order from Macy's was shipped with an exceedingly strong perfume sample card so the bra REEKS! The smell would not budge even after a vinegar solution soak and multiple washings. I should not have to treat a delicate and expensive bra this way. I called Customer Service to plead my case and they issued a return label so I could get a refund. Unfortunately, Customer Service would not promise to ship my replacement order or any subsequent order without perfume sample cards so I am going to order my replacement bra elsewhere. In the last week I have lost one bra, two pairs holiday family PJ pants, and a nightgown to perfume sample cards. Until Macy's stops putting perfume cards in my orders it seems my only option is to stop ordering soft goods from Macy's. I don't want to do that, especially at the holidays, but I certainly am not going to risk giving stinky gifts!
