Awful. Noisy!

This purse disappoints at all levels. First, it is NOISY! The spot where the strap meets meets the o-ring rubs noisily as you walk. It is an audible, low-pitched squeak. No one wants this. What has moved me to actually write a review is that my boyfriend made a comment tonight - "Is that noise coming from your purse?" Also, the pocket is small and the fabric is stiff. I have two other Radley London bags that are great, but this one is awful.
