Vendor cancelled item and STILL hasn’t refund me!

You cancelled this item at the time that I ordered it and I still have not yet received my refund. Please refund the FULL amount to the opm IMMEDIATELY!!! This is my THIRD time contacting you regarding this very important issue, and you all has NOT even tried to respond back to me. Tomorrow I will be calling Macy’s to make them aware as well as calling BBB on MacDugal.
