Scam Alert - Third Party Seller

I purchased this dress, very pretty, not flattering on me. Returned it to Macy's directly. Macy's informed me that it was bought from a third party seller. They would ship it back and once received by the seller, I would receive the credit. Almost 4 weeks later, I had not received a credit, I tracked the package, it was signed for almost a month ago. I contacted Macy's customer service and was initially told that I had to wait for the third-party seller to issue the refund as Macy's would not. Finally spoke with a supervisor and was told Macy's would process the refund in 48 hours.
