wrong size

Very unhappy. I ordered a US 10 and they sent me a size US 8

Look at al angles of the boot before you buy...

Boots as all London rag shoes are ---very trendy, and cute. But the boot fits snug. I have not worn it out but it may not be all the time as I have to undo the Laces which is a pain. How about a side zipper???? You have to undo almost every lace to get your feet in then tighten the laces up again. A total pain. Dont buy unless you plan to wear this once every 3-4 months.
