Athletic version of 13mwz

I prefer the 47mwz rigid over the 13MWZ. Same indigo as the Levi's 501 STF with less shrinkage. They are not as baggy as the prewashed version, which I prefer. I have a hard time finding jeans that fit; either too tight or baggy especially if you're athletic or with muscular legs, like me. I have no problem getting in the saddle wearing them, especially on my draft horse.

Heavy duty

The jeans are constructed of a heavy duty denim and compared to my "other jeans" I expect these new jeans to provide extended wear.

Runs one inch smaller than the pre-washed version

I have been buying the 47MWZ in the pre-washed finish due to the softer nature of the garment. The 47MWZ rigid in the exact same size was about one inch smaller in the waist than the pre-washed, so I will have to return them for a larger size.

My go to jeans

I've found these to be the best jeans for riding. Can go on a couple hour trail ride, I have no issues with seams rubbing or pants being too tight when I'm in the saddle. Plus, they look great so I can wear them anywhere.

I love these jeans

I can not get enough of these jeans. The fit is perfect, size and length are spot on, and they look/feel great on. Stitching, pockets, and denim are all wrangler quality which is excellent in my opinion. To Wrangler: Add more color washes! They would be a hit in some new colors.
