Great special occasion dress for spring

I bought this dress to wear to a bar mitzvah and it ended up being exactly what I was looking for! I did what other reviews recommended and went one size down from what I would have been according to the size chart and it fit perfectly. The dress was extremely comfortable and easy to dance in (I never had to retie the belt and I was dancing HARD), and it washed well on a delicate cycle after the event (I hung it to dry). I'm deducting one star because there were some loose threads at the hem of the dress, and the fabric did have a little bit of wrinkling when I unpacked it and needed a steam (so, it may get wrinkled in transit, generally), but, overall, I was very satisfied with this purchase.

Sizing

Sizing is way off. I consulted the size chart that was part of the listing for this dress. I ordered 2 sizes a 10 and 12. Both of them were huge. I normally wear a 10 in most brands especially items with a fitted waist. The 10 still was at least 3 inches too big-too much to try and alter the dress. This company will not do price adjustments-one day was regular price next day Macy had a sale reducing the price by $35. I am not going to order again as the dress is back to full price.
