Highly dissatisfied customer

Still haven't received my order even when promised ot would be there by christmas. Not only did they split my package up into 6 different packages but the didn't get my address correct. Ive called a total of 7 times to get it resolved. Here we are Jan the 2nd and still nothing wouldn't recommend anyone to buy online. No resolution to resolve and no compensation and they make it seem(customer care) like its the customers error when its the shippers who didnt enter it correctly

Not worth the money

Bought these for cookies and they have been nothing short of horrible to use. The cookies that I first bought kept sticking to the pad and I thought oh maybe I need to allow them some additional time to cool. The cookies cooled and broke apart when trying to get off the pad. So, I bought some different cookie dough thinking I had bad cookie dough. Tried again today same thing happened they stuck to the pad and broke apart. Baked the same cookie dough with regular parchment paper cookies came out find. It’s the silicon pad.
