Good 3 qt ceramis st steel pot

Great lid for the pot with strainers and pouring lips on each side. Great non stick ceramic coating that should last a long time with a minimum of care.

Can’t Live Without Clad CFX

I’ve owned this Clad CFX set for over 4 years and love everything about it. The pots and pans cook food wonderfully and the set still looks new. But, about 6 months ago, I boiled some eggs and forgot it on the stove. About 45 minutes later, the eggs were ruined and the water evaporated. My poor pot. I decided to replace it and I’m so happy I did. Thank you, Zwilling, for such great pots and knives.

I'm picky and this is a great product!!

This sauce pan was purchased for an induction stove top, as a test to see if I would like to purchase more items. I love the weight, along with the nonstick surface. It's easy to clean, and I will look for more products in this line.

Good size for cooking for few people.

We cook for one or two people. Quality smaller induction capable pots and pans fill our needs. The straining lid is a pleasant surprise.

My new favorite saucier

The pan is wide , so much good surface for making a roux, and perfect sauces. I love the weight of the pan, feels professional and the nonstick surface so smooth. The instructions are use a medium heat and it heats very evenly and fast.

best pan for induction cooktops

I like the ceramic coating this line uses and the thick steel layer on the bottom of the pan. Some other brands I tried that were marketed as induction-ready don't have enough material thickness to be good induction-compatible cookware. This line is perfect for my cooktop. I also have Zwillig set of frying pans with similar ceramic coating that I have had for 10+ years. So far only one of the pans had to be thrown out, the rest are still good.
