Perfection

Pro series paring knives

I use my 4” paring knife several times a week and after a years use ( I gave it time to get used to it) I decided to give it a review. While the handle fits my large hands fairly well I still don’t like the width of the blade. I use the knife several times a week and sometimes several times a day and for fine paring work the wide blade makes what should be an easy task working on fruits and vegetables unnecessarily difficult.

Solid Germany Quality

Gave 5-stars in a large part because the knife is still made in Germany. I returned a similar Henckel knife, because the manufacturing had been outsourced to another country. This is a quality tool that I greatly enjoy using.
