Love this knife!
I love this knife. I have arthritic hands and the weight of this is perfect for me. It feels light as a feather but cuts beautifully through everything. As soon as I got it, I used it to chop carrots, celery, potatoes, onions and chicken breasts and my hand never got tired holding the knife. It chopped through everything like I was cutting butter. I am sure this will be my "go to" knife from now on.

Excellent cutting board
Perfect size cutting board for solo cooking. Using bamboo instead of plastic is better for my knives and the planet. The logo provides additional street cred!

Amazing Knife!
I have been using this knife for at least 4 years now and never reach for any other since purchasing. It handles everything with accuracy. It is comfortable to hold and easy to control. It hasn’t required sharpening yet! The blade is still razor sharp which I find amazing. I do protect it with its own cover/guard when not in use. I love this knife!

Received "Second" quality, Not a Top Pro Quality
I ordered and paid for a Zwilling Pro Quality knife but received one with a defect that is noticeable by tactile touch and eyesight...the Full Tang jutts out of the Handle on three sides. Was going to show off the New Knife to my family and friends but now we will discuss how Zwilling post production quality inspection control does not match the past reputation of "Made in Germany" standards. Was asked to submit "photos" of the defect for a refund or exchange, but it is hard to capture the defect on my iPhone. The return process should be much more customer friendly because the "defect" is hard to capture on photo but very easy to detect physically. Rather than hassle with the return or replacement claim, I will keep the blade and advise my social circle of this unfortunate experience.
