It’s not working

I received three of these as gifts. I gave two away and kept the third one for my husband. Unfortunately, he didn’t use it until recently, and it was a huge disappointment. The button on the bottom that’s supposed to let you change the temperature doesn’t do anything. It simply doesn’t work. We ended up with an expensive mug that performs no differently than a regular ceramic mug. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend spending your money on this product
