Breaks

My biggest complaint is that the pencil is so thin the tip snaps iff all the time. My older, broader-tipped MAC pencil lasted forever. Been using this 2 months and because of breaks, it is halfway gone. The color is also much more red-gold than dark brunette. Love MAC, not this product.

Not a fan

I’m not a fan of the new eyebrow pencil. I’ve been purchasing MAC for years and it’s now more expensive and the pencil is smaller and fragile. I think it’s time to find another brand.

Good Pencil but Needs to be Longer

It's the only brow pencil I use. The spoolie is helpful to have on the other end of the pencil. The only complaint I have is that there should be a longer pencil to last longer than it does. The "led" of the pencil can break easily (and I'm not heavy handed when applying). So for the pencil to be on the shorter end of product, it's wasteful when a tiny bit of it breaks. However I keep buying them because the thinness of the pencil makes for an easy application. So it's a six in one hand and a half dozen in the other situation.

Best ever eyebrow pencil

I am not an expert when using makeup, especially eyebrow pencils. This one from MAC, makes the process seamless, especially with the fine tip. You can't go wrong!

Too thin and too little product

Been a MAC customer for 20+ years. Had my products professionally chosen by a MAC designer at a Macy's store. Loved what was chosen and used it since that time. Then all of a sudden, someone thinks it's a brilliant idea to take a standard size brow pencil and make it into a 1 mm size. For someone who went through chemo and never had her brows come back to normal, it takes a whole lot of pencil to make my brows look normal. This new design is horrible for someone who needs to use a lot of product. It barely lasts a month whereas the previous design lasted several months. Not only does this cost me a whole lot more, but using all these pencils and disposing of them is not good for the landfill. Unfortunately, I will have to find an alternate non-MAC product. I wish manufacturers would think about the entire population when designing a new product rather than what might be "hip" in the moment.
