    • To curl, hold iron vertically, clamp hair midway through the section, then twist the iron away from your face 180° and pull forward through to the ends; the slower you pull, the greater the curl; for waves, pull through more quickly

Dud electrical cord

I loved this flat iron. My first one lasted about a year. Then the cord started making a bad connection and it would cut off during use. I bought another one. About a year later, the second on did the same thing. I wish the cord made a higher quality connection. I'm afraid to buy a third one. I'm afraid it will do the same thing.

Great product. I like the

Great product. I like the ability to select an actual temperature. The plate length is good. The heat setting and the power button are inside the iron rather than outside. This prevents accidentally changing the heat or turning off the iron while using it. The rounded sides help make perfect curls.
