Leather is too stiff

The leather is too stiff to use. The flap is difficult to open and the bag is difficult to open for usage. I wish it was as functional as it is beautiful.

Discount means wear marks

I bought this and was sent one with 3 marks and scratches on the front side and a very bad mark on the back. I usually don’t mind receiving a returned item because it’s just logical to expect this to happen but a bag like this should not have any wear and tear marks!
