Poor Quality and Incorrect Website Description

I had 2 issues with this product, the quality and finish of the lettering was very poor and the website photos advertises cursive capital letters but I received a lower case letter. The lowercase letter was poorly done and the tail end of the e was distorted and merged with the top of the e. They also have terrible customer service and do not reply to promptly to customer inquiries. I tried to work it out through customer service but they are taking so long it’s reaching my return window, so I’ll have to make a return.

Broken

Bought for my daughter’s birthday and it came broken without the second heart with her initial on it. I have since emailed with the only response asking for a picture, sent the picture and now no response or offer of replacement. Disappointed!

Pretty chain and heart but engraving doesn’t work

The chain is very pretty. The tint heart with the letter in it just didn’t work as the lower case lettering, bing tiny, is really difficult to discern making it bad for gift giving.

Didn't even last 10hrs

Absolute trash product. The quality of this brand is absolutely terrible and the prices for some of these are outrages considering the poor quality. The initial fell off within the first few hours of wear.
