Warranty support was frustrating
I expected the carry-on to be a reliable one for regular travel. Unfortunately, about a year later, one of the wheels came off during normal use. Once that happened, the suitcase couldn’t roll properly and basically became unusable for travel. What made this worse was the warranty experience. I contacted CHAMPS warranty support to request a repair or replacement. The process felt slow and unhelpful, and it was not the “peace of mind” you expect when a brand advertises warranty coverage. I was told I’d still have to pay out of pocket (for things like shipping/handling), so it’s not truly free support when the product fails. At the end of the day, I was left with a broken carry-on and a lot of wasted time trying to get it addressed. A carry-on’s wheels are not a “nice to have.” They’re the core function of the product. If a wheel can fail this quickly, I can’t recommend this luggage to anyone who travels even occasionally.
Avoid this carry on!
Only used it a few times and I the locks got stuck! I was unable to open the luggage. So sad because this is a pretty luggage.
Not a good showing Macys
1st of all the description on the photo page says 20in. It is in actuality 21 inches 2nd I ordered green and received black. 3rd- the description says 2.5 lbs- it is actually over 9 lbs. insanity at its best.
It’s not like the expensive models
For an aluminum piece, it’s VERY thin. It’s probably a third of the weight of major brands like Tumi. I am only using this for travel with a car as I wouldn’t trust if for the riggers of traveling via airplane.

The wait is too long .. no longer needed! Macy should prioritize for it customers!
